ÜPON submits all of its products to the highest standards of engineering and testing to ensure long-lasting durability in even the most challenging outdoor conditions. Our company proudly takes full responsibility for the high quality of our products.

If you ever find that one of our products doesn't function properly, simply contact ÜPON User Services, or take it to one of our certified dealers. If we find that the product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, we'll  provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we will not be able to repair damage caused by unreasonable usage or, in certain cases, the natural lifespan of the product. It is important that you read the user manual for each product before use.

If anything is unclear or a product requires service, we will be happy to answer any questions through ÜPON User Services or any of our certified dealers.

MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

 

RETURN POLICY

Purchases made directly from ÜPON.com or any of our retail stores must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned unused, and unwashed with original packaging and tags.

RETURN RULES

  • We accept returns of product shipped within Taiwan only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Products must be unused and in good condition with the packaging intact and all documentation included. 
  • Only items purchased through ÜPON.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • Items purchased on ÜPON.com may be returned at the ÜPON Taiwan.

  • Clearance items are final sale.

It takes 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued to your account. If the reason for your return is the result of an error by ÜPON, the cost of shipping will be included in your refund. Once your return has been processed you will get an email confirmation.

If you'd like to exchange your items for something else please request a return and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.

ÜPON cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. ÜPON cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

WARRANTY

  • ÜPON will warranty any product with a manufacturer defect for up to one year from the date of purchase.
  • Damages due to use and tear are excluded from warranty.
